“Stand here, bite down on the mouth piece and take a step forward,” the dental assistant said as she put me in the zippy 3D panoramic x-ray machine.  It was clear she wasn’t thrilled to be doing this since I was being seen on an emergency basis right at closing time and this was making her stay late.  I did as she asked.

I just think about going to the dentist and my left eye starts twitching. And what makes this really fascinating is that I am also the (self-proclaimed) World’s Most Experienced Dental Patient. Name a procedure and I’ve probably had it done - more than once. So you’d think I’d be over it by now. Yeah, right. I’m not.

I'm a motivational speakerby profession, which means my job is to help you get what you want out of life. And if I am totally honest, the fact is that sometimes I forget to actually do some of the things I have suggested to people. I'm a motivational speaker - which means I'm going to tell you to love yourself no matter what. I even published an audio series entitled 12 Secrets to High Self-Esteem wherein I go into great detail about exactly how to do that. But here's the deal.
