Funny Motivational Speaker Linda Larsen presents...

For Meeting Planners
You've Booked Linda! Now What?
Room Set Up

We understand that every room is different in size, configuration and lighting. And Linda’s requests might not be appropriate for your situation. Linda would love to speak to your meeting planner to discuss ways to maximize your particular setting.

Riser

Raised platform (approximately 8′x8′) if audience exceeds 65 people. If you have the option, Linda has found it more effective if the lectern is as close to the front row as possible, preferably between 5-10 feet.

Small Table

Should be approximately 2′x2′ instead of a lectern on the platform for drinking water, props and laptop.

LINDA REQUESTS THAT HER LAPTOP BE ON THIS TABLE ON THE STAGE WITH HER DURING HER PRESENTATION, WIRED FOR VIDEO AND FOR SOUND. IF FOR SOME REASON THIS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED, PLEASE CONTACT LINDA TO DISCUSS OPTIONS.

If it is necessary to have a podium or a head table on the platform in order to facilitate the needs of the previous or following speaker, please have them moved to the back of the platform for Linda’s presentation. Linda needs as much free space at the front of the platform as possible.

Chair Set-up

During Linda’s presentation, she may ask the attendees to stand and participate in an exercise. If it is possible, please set up chair rows with a minimum of an extra 6 inches between the rows.

Lighting

Room lighting is very important. Linda is quite demonstrative on stage and in order for your attendees to be able to fully appreciate her presentation, adequate lighting is crucial. Please avoid placing her in front of a window where outside lighting would create a silhouette effect. And while lighting on Linda needs to be bright, lighting on the LCD screen needs to be subdued. Too much lighting on the screen will prevent the PowerPoint presentation from being seen. Your efforts to balance the room lighting will be greatly appreciated by Linda and your audience. We are happy to discuss this with you further if you have any questions.

Meal Service (if Linda is the breakfast, luncheon or dinner keynote speaker)

In order for the audience to get maximum enjoyment from her presentation with the least amount of distractions, please have the meal finished before she speaks. While she is speaking, please ask the servers to refrain from clearing dishes and/or refilling beverage glasses and cups.

"...absolute
perfection..."

"She was absolute PERFECTION. Amazing, Wonderful... I am getting incredible feedback and can't go 5 feet without one of our $20k Sponsors, or registrants or other sponsors stopping me to say how fabulous she was. I am sitting here in the afterglow of an incredible conference. Linda was a pleasure."
